Conveniently located in downtown Middleton, Capital Brewery is the perfect place to host any event. From intimate gatherings indoors in either our Bier Stube or Grain Room to parties of up to 1200 in our outdoor Bier Garten, complete with picnic tables and stage. Our Bier Stube is a warm and intimate room full of history and class. It includes a genuine Brunswick Bar – originally from a speakeasy in Chicago! Our copper brew kettles (imported from Hoxter Germany) can be seen through the back bar windows. The Stube can host up to 80 people or can combined be with the Grain Room and host up to 155 people.

Our Bier Garten is a wonderful outdoor space with a performance stage, tent covering, bar and picnic tables. It can accommodate up to 500 people and is perfect for your special event.
