Fishin’ in the Dark™ is a testament to the ingenuity and youth of modern Independent brewing. This Platinum award-winner is one of Brewmaster Ashley Kinart-Short’s first creations and was an overnight crowd favorite. A darker nod to a traditional pilsner, this Imperial Schwarzbier has a roasted malt backbone with just the illusion of coffee and chocolate notes which dissipate quickly to a clean, slightly dry finish.
